A 3-gram titanium ring that reads sixteen measures of the body day and night — sleep stages, heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, skin temperature, breathing, stress, steps — and every morning turns the night into two scores from 0 to 100, Sleep and Recovery, with a sentence that says what happened.
Three small lights, a temperature sensor and a motion sensor sit on the inside of the finger, where the pulse signal is cleaner than at the wrist. The free app works on Android and iPhone, in Italian and in the languages of the countries we deliver to, with every function included and no subscription. One charge lasts up to ten days; the portable charging case in the box refills the ring five times. Rated 10 ATM: shower, pool and sea. It is a wellness device, not a medical one.

Gold version looks like a normal ring, people do not notice it. Cycle prediction has been right two months in a row.

Very comfortable, I forget I am wearing it. One star less only because I picked size 8 and should have measured with the paper strip first; size 9 now fits well.
